Monthly Retainers
If you’re looking for support from an operationally minded, strategic partner to own the day-to-day operations side of your business (project management, system efficiency, standard operating procedures and team leadership), allow me to BEE that for you.
I’ll work in your business on your behalf including weekly check-ins, day-to-day operational leadership, metrics/KPI tracking and analysis to free you up to focus on the things that you do best.
Due to the nature of these services, a minimum 90-day commitment is required.
Retainers begin at $2240 per month.
System Audits
Do you have a CRM or Project Management Tool that you’re using but know that you aren’t using it to the best of its abilities? Have you spent hours of your time trying to watch videos and figure out how to make it work better for you only to want to pull your hair out because it just doesn’t make sense? STOP! That’s not a good use of your time and energy.
I’ll take a deep dive into your system to inspect your set-up and provide you with an audit report that includes key-findings and recommendations to improve the tool to make it work better for you in your business.
System Audits begin at $197 with additional support options offered after the delivery of the report.
New System Implementation
Ready to upgrade from manual systems (spreadsheets and lists) that you’ve bootstrapped together and implement a tool to help you stay on top of your projects and communication?If you’re done using email to manage tasks and keep things organized, it’s time to implement a new tool.
We’ll begin with a discovery phase to determine which tool(s) will best suit your needs. We’ll go through a process mapping exercise and create a plan to implement your next CRM, Email Marketing or Project Management tool(s) that aligns with your workflows and allows you to more effectively serve your clients.
Packages begin at $1500
