Today, I'm sharing a little backstage magic that struck me after my daughter's latest ballet performance of The Nutcracker. 💂🏼‍♀️

For the past decade, I've marveled at how seamlessly the Nutcracker comes together each year. This year, being the OBM that I am, my mind couldn't help but draw parallels between the art of the ballet production and the what happens behind the scenes when launching a product or service. 🩰✨
